My wife, Elizabeth, was at Chalet Dental on October 7 for a crown, which was a 3 ½ hour procedure with Dr. Trish Rieck. I accompanied her for this appointment and was encountered by an extremely solicitous staff to make me comfortable. First, I was invited to spend the time in your private room to read, write, and listen to a meditative/relaxation tape. I was given a bottle of water and later offered either tea or coffee. Several staff members inquired about my comfort, and to top it all off, a staff member brought me a warmed neck roll to counter the perceived chill in the room.
I want to acknowledge Lori and Bridget’s cordial and professional reception at the front counter; Karen, Jenny, and Mironda’s superb roles; and finally Dr. Rieck, who has been our primary dentist, for her excellent care. We are so fortunate to have found her and your staff.
Dr. Smith extracted a tooth for me about two weeks ago, and I was impressed with his expertise and compassion.
