Because it’s Minnesota, you spend a good portion of your time dealing with snow. You might as well have a little fun in it, too! Last year we started a new tradition and we want to keep the fun going, so this year we will be giving another lucky patient a trip for two to ski/snowboard in the beautiful Lutsen Mountains on the shores of Lake Superior.
Any patient who visits the office from October 1 through December 31, 2011, can sign up.
Simply place your name and contact information on a form and place it in the Ski Boot in our reception area. Here are the rules:
- No purchase/service necessary.
- Need not be present to win.
- Includes 2 nights lodging and 2-day tickets for two people.
- Travel, food, equipment and incidentals are not included.
